Our Seed of Awakening for this month is: “Awareness”
Awakening refers to the process of recognizing and embodying one’s true divine nature—moving from ego-identified separation and illusion to a direct experience of oneness
with the Divine (or Universal Spirit, Source, God, etc.). It involves heightened awareness, inner
peace, compassion, and a shift toward living authentically in the present moment. Often
described as a gradual unfolding (sometimes with intense catalysts), it emphasizes letting go of
old patterns, embracing inner truth, and expressing love and service in daily life.

This month we plant the seed of true belonging by returning to the heart of communication. In a
world that often rewards being “right” over being connected, we choose a different path: curiosity
over certainty, empathy over judgment, and honest expression over silence or blame. Inspired by
Marshall Rosenberg’s Nonviolent Communication (NVC), we’ll practice seeing clearly, speaking
honestly, and listening deeply so that every conversation becomes an opportunity to meet
ourselves and each other with love.
