The Enneagram Experience with Rev. Z and Rev. Melissa

Join us Saturday March 9th at 10:00 am for The Enneagram Experience with Rev. Z Egloff and Rev. Melissa Phillippe!

The Enneagram is a powerful tool that describes how nine different types of people interpret the world and manage their emotions. While often used in business settings to better understand personal and interpersonal dynamics, the system has an inherent spiritual component that also makes it a potent tool for personal liberation. This innovative workshop, designed for both novice and seasoned Enneagram students alike, will give you a working, experiential understanding of each of the nine types, providing you with a clearer view of the strengths, weaknesses, and blind spots of yourself, those you love, and those that challenge you.

By the end of the workshop, students will be able to:

  • · Demonstrate a working knowledge of each of the nine Enneagram types
  • · Recognize the strengths and challenges of each type
  • · Describe a felt, inner sense of each type
  • · Differentiate between the nine types through the experience of role plays
    that embody the essence and behavior of each type
  • · Identify the wings and areas of integration/disintegration for the types
  • · Apply the Enneagram typology system to themselves and others
  • · Utilize knowledge of the system to increase compassion for self and others
  • · Employ awareness of the types to improve communication with others
  • · Further explore and investigate the system with provided references and resources
