5 Wishes: A Sacred Conversation Series With Kat Alessi

Join Kat for a thoughtful and empowering 5-week journey exploring the questions that matter most, how we wish to be cared for, supported, and honored at the end of life.
Over five Tuesdays, we will gently walk through the 5 Wishes document together, creating space for reflection, conversation, and clarity. This is not just about planning, it is about giving yourself and your loved ones the gift of peace, guidance, and knowing.
Each week, we will focus on one “wish,” exploring the medical, emotional, and spiritual aspects of end-of-life care in a supportive, community-centered environment.
By the end of this series, you will have a completed 5 Wishes document, an advance directive recognized in California and many other states, that clearly communicates your desires to family, caregivers, and medical professionals.
If you previously attended Rev. Dianne’s introductory presentation, this series offers a deeper, more hands-on experience as we move through each wish together step by step. If you are new to this work, you are warmly welcome.
